You will receive account information that is necessary to transfer your payment to our account. Give this information to your bank [online debit or directly at your bank.] Don't forget to state your order number as the reason for payment. This will ensure that your order is properly processed. Pre-paid orders will be processed after the payment has been received. This can depend on bank processing times and could possibly extend the delivery time by 2-4 working days.

Please note, when we deliver products outside Europe it’s possible you have to pay import duties. We are not responsible for those costs.

delivery

Quickly, around 3-5 working days. Outside the Netherlands it will take a few days longer. We deliver products overseas.

return policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, simply contact us. Products from Cottonmouth can be exchanged or returned after written confirmation [i.e. by letter or email] within 14 days of receipt. Within this time-period you can send back unworn and unwashed products and we will send you another product with no further costs [if the price of the products are the same] or reimburse your money.

Please note, if you like to return a product [unworn and unwashed] we only reimburse the price of the product, the shipping costs will be abstracted from the total amount that was paid.

If the ordered product contains production defects, we will take back the product. If the defect is in any way caused by Cottonmouth we will reimburse all your money or send you a new product with no further costs. We are very fair.
